Donโ€™t believe me? Look into your own life for a second โ€” when was the last time you โ€œdidnโ€™t feel likeโ€โ€ฆ

- going to the gym

- waking up on time

- cooking a healthy meal

- going to church

- visiting out of town family

- washing & folding clothes

Iโ€™ll say it again -

๐™ˆ๐™ค๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ซ๐™–๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ค๐™ฃ is the #1 goal killer

STOP relying on your mood, and start relying on mindset + automations

You may be thinking โ€” โ€œWow โ€” that made it so much easierโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ™„โ€

I get that it is easier said than done, so letโ€™s break it down

First, it helps to know ๐™ฌ๐™๐™ฎ you want to accomplish the goal?

- someone told you to?

- you should?

- what else?

Second, once you have your ๐™ฌ๐™๐™ฎ, rank it on a scale of one through ten [one is least important, ten is most important]. If you ever feel a goal is less than a four, STOP ๐Ÿ›‘ Reflect on why, and decide if this goal is something that has a place in your life
