Adoption is the most brutal and gut-wrenching storm I have ever walked through [and there have been a lot of storms...]

As a non-bio Mom to 3, it took me longer than I care to admit that each child was their own individual self, and had different needs. I get that adults are, but definitely had a challenge realizing that toddlers are too

But, ohhhh... when the final documents are signed, the moment you are able to finally take a deep breath, and slowly release it.... HEAVEN ON EARTH!!
